Rabbi Shraga Gross has been the Principal of Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva since 1993. 

 The most exciting and enjoyable part of my job is interacting with our students, listening to them and helping them reach their potential. My goal is to help fulfill the words of the prophet Isaiah, ‘that all your children will be knowledgeable and learned of Hashem'. 

As educational leader of the institution, he is involved in every aspect of the running of the Yeshiva.  This includes serving as a facilitator to faculty, guiding and helping them, and seeing to it that they have what they need to meet the needs of each and every child in their classroom.  Rabbi Gross holds a B.A. from Northeastern Illinois University, an M.A. from the Azrieli School of Education, and Smicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and Yeshiva University.  He is also a doctoral candidate at the Azrieli School of Education, and a member of Torah Umesorah, the Association of Modern Orthdox Day Schools, and the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development.  Prior to working at RPRY, Rabbi Gross served as Principal of the Greater Miami Hebrew Academy and the Hillel Hebrew Academy.  Rabbi Gross, his wife Shira, and children Sendy and Eliyahu are an integral part of the Edison/Highland Park community.  They reside in Edison, NJ.
