He is a rising star in the fields of law and economics, corporate law, bankruptcy, and empirical research in legal scholarship. He demonstrates a wonderful eye for scholarly topics, superb training, and striking maturity for a young scholar. He will be a vibrant and engaging teacher for our students. We are thrilled to welcome him back to Yale Law School."
