Congrats to the RPRY Ravens hockey team who wrapped up the regular season with a 5-0 shutout at JEC behind the stellar goaltending of rookie Yosef Hakakian (recording a shutout in his first full game in net), 3 points from Alex (no Jersey) Ackman and 2 points from Yair (shorter stick) Adler.
The team finished in first place in the Southern Conference with a record of 7 wins, 0 losses, 2 ties, and 1 OTL. Behind the leadership of Max (the "iron curtain") Schlussel, the RPRY Ravens let up a total of 9 goals in all of 10 games this season - a league record! Franchise Records include (a) most shutouts in a single season (4), (b) Fewest points allowed in a total season (9), (c) and most goals in a season by twin defensemen (9).
