August 2009,

Dear Parents,

It is with great excitement and anticipation that I would like to welcome and welcome back all of you to the Early Childhood program at RPRY.  As a graduate of the school, I am very excited to continue and grow the early childhood program at RPRY.  I have master’s degrees in both education and social work and I have been working in the field of early childhood education for nearly ten years.  Working with young children in a Jewish setting is my passion and life’s fulfillment.

Aleph Bet Siyum for Nursery

Morah Rivky's 4 year old nursery class in East Brunswick celebrated the completion of learning the Aleph-Bet with a siyum. After the yeladim decorated their Aleph-Bet party hats, they were treated to a special surprise! They used Aleph-Bet cookie cutters to cut out WATERMELON Aleph- Bet letters! What a refreshing, delicious and fun time the yeladim had!

East Brunswick RPRY Nursery - Israel Week

Email Print PDF

The East Brunswick RPRY Nursery school enjoyed an exciting week. To celebrate Yom Ha'atzmaut in fashion, the children tye dyed t-shirts and decorated them with their hebrew names on the back. On the front of the shirt was a Magen Dovid with the words "RPRY loves ISRAEL". The children sponge painted hats with blue Magen Dovids and water painted a picture of different Israeli cities. Lastly, we crafted flags with cachol, lavan and a Magen Dovid in the middle. With degalim in our hands, hats on our heads and awesome T-shirts showing our pride in Israel, we marched and sang with entire RPRY school in Edison. It was a beautiful sight to see so many people showing their support for ISRAEL.
