CONGRATULATIONS to all the students who participated in the Jewish State Art Contest! Everyone did a great job and we're very proud of you all! Our school had two winning pictures and 9 honorable mention pictures that were printed in the newspaper. You can see them in the April 24th edition of The Jewish State. The prize-winning pictures were created by Shalom Lefkowitz (7 and under division) and Julia Labovitz (8-10 division). Honorable mentions were Liana Maza, Nechama Stein, Zachary Schachter, Batya Stein, Shira Shalmon, Rachel Dube, Tamar Even-Hen, Carmit Kaye, Moshe Davis, Ally Orgel and Shira Allen. Every student who submitted a picture is receiving a certificate to a free class at the Martial Arts Academy in Highland Park and a $5.00 coupon to the Learning Express toy store. The prize winners receive $50.00, a Martial Arts Birthday Party and a $50 gift certificate to the Learning Express toy store. Congratulations!
